National Sales Force and Customer Support
I am interested in hearing how others have approached supporting a regional or territory based sales force within the continental US. I have a need to provide “dedicated” support based on geographic locations. All suggestions will be helpful. Lessons learned also helpful and I would love to talk with center leaders who have done this before. Thank you.

We are getting ready to transition from a POS and Inv Mgt system to a totally new unknown system to our customer base.
I am sure others have been this type of process. Just wonder if anyone as a list of best practice or lessons learned.
