Bob is currently the Help Desk Manager for Benevis. He is responsible for the internal customer support and maintenance. Bob’s career started at Jackson EMC as System Operator, then Programmer/Analyst. When desktop computers became the trend he began helping employees desk-side. That process evolved into a new position; he became the company’s first end user support analyst. After 12 years there he moved to Atlanta and became the Help Desk Manager for the Woodruff Arts Center serving their divisions from the High Museum of Art to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. In 2009 he entered the realm of healthcare with Visiting Nurse Health Systems. After 2 years there he moved to work in the corporate office of NCDR.

Throughout Bob’s nearly 25 years of experience in IT he has remained an advocate for end users; searching for ways to improve their experience and productivity through technology. He earned a BBA from GA College and State University and an MBA from Brenau University. He currently holds the HDI Support Center Manager certification.

Jamie Stannard

Jamie is currently the Director of Support and Training at Cvent, Inc. where he is responsible for the support and client relationship of their customers in the travel community. With his first professional job as the only support analyst for a young software company in Michigan, Jamie has worked in many industries such as Apparel/Textile, Dental, Medical, Consumer Products Goods, Travel and Education. Even though he has worked in diverse industries, he has always held positions serving customers through his greatest passion, technical support. Jamie has 21+ years of technical support experience for which 16+ are in management. He earned a BSBA degree from Central Michigan University and a MBA from Kennesaw State University. He holds HDI certifications as a Certified Support Center Manager and Knowledge-Centered Support Principles, as well as, Danaher Business Systems as Master Black Belt in Transactional Process Improvement. Jamie has been a member of HDI since 2000 and active volunteering with HDI Atlanta since 2008.

Krista Ciccozzi

Krista is currently the Director of Service Desk Operations for Intelliteach, where she is responsible for a team of about 130 individuals. These individuals provide service desk support to law firms throughout the US and abroad. With over 19 years in the Support and Service industry, Krista has worked in the capacity of a Technical Support Analyst, Trainer, Support Manager and in Operations. She has a B.A. in Organizational Communications and a Certificate in Business Leadership. She is a certified Help Desk Director (STI) and has a certificate from the Dale Carnegie Leadership for Managers Program. Krista is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Krista has been involved with HDI Atlanta for over five years helping in various capacities and served as the VP of Programs as well as President. The support industry is something that she is passionate about and she brings that passion to HDI Atlanta.

Tamika Harrigan

Tamika Harrigan is a manager in the Dental Division of Carestream Dental, LLC. She has also managed teams in the Oral Surgery and Orthodontic Divisions. She has worked in the support industry for 13 years. She has a Bachelor’s of Information Technology.

Shaun Austin

Shaun Austin has been in the IT Recruiting field for 5 years, both in Agency and Corporate Recruiting Roles. He currently works for CareerBuilder as a Technical Recruiter for the Site Technology Team. Shaun began his career with Robert Half International where he held roles as a Technical Recruiter, Senior Technical Recruiter, Division Director, and Recruiting Manager. During his tenure, his specialty was in IT staffing of help desk, desktop support, and other IT infrastructure support professionals on a contract and contract to hire basis.
Shaun became a member of the HDI Atlanta chapter in September of 2010 and a board member in spring 2011. He currently serves on the board as a Vice President of Finance and has also served in the capacity of WebMaster. Shaun graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Alabama.

Melanie Floyd, MBA, ITIL, HDI Helpdesk, HDI Manager serves as co-chair of programs for the Atlanta chapter. Melanie has worked in IT since graduating from Valdosta State University. Melanie has always been interested in self- improvement, therefore she is constant striving to reach the next level. As co-chair of programs she is tasks with creating and enhancing programs though HDI that will reach members of the technology community.

David Lee Howard

David Lee Howard serves as the Atlanta Chapter Webmaster as well as co-chair communications. In these roles David hopes to continue to provide the chapter with adequate updates and a clean and current website. David first began his IT carrier 7 years ago as a freelance web designer and consultant. David then joined an Application Support team in 2010 and quickly began to love the Help Desk community. So much in fact that David also managed the same support desk for two years. David Lee holds the support center manager certification.

Cari Lovins

Special Events Committee Chair

Cari is currently an IT Manager for the Office of Information Technology at Georgia Tech. In her role she leads a team of eight full-time staff, and approximately fifteen part-time student assistants who manage multiple services for the Georgia Tech campus including technology-enhanced student computing spaces in the Georgia Tech Library, departmental technology support in the Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons, the student printing system for campus, and the campus digital signage system. This department is relatively new and was established with the opening of the Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons in 2011. Prior to that, Cari was a liaison between the Georgia Tech Library and the Office of Information Technology ensuring technology standards and general operating objectives were met. Cari started her career in the IT industry approximately 15 years ago as a Help Desk Analyst for the Boulder Valley School District in Boulder, CO. Cari has been an active member of HDI since 2012, and is the current Special Events Committee Chair HDI-Atlanta. Cari has a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She holds an HDI Desktop Support Manager and ITIL Foundations certifications.

Membership Committee Chair

Morgan is currently a Division Director for Robert Half Technology with 4 years of IT Sales and Account Management experience. In her current role, Morgan oversees recruiting and sales for the RHT Infrastructure practice for the Atlanta area. Services provided include IT staffing and consulting solutions from a contract, contract to hire, and direct placement standpoint as well as delivery based managed services. Morgan is active within the technical community, serving as Membership Chairman for HDI Atlanta. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Communications Studies and a minor in Spanish.
